All of our programs integrate interactivity and experiential learning—learning by doing—which engages your learners and inspires them. We provide low-risk opportunities to develop and test new skills and behaviors that can make a real difference in mission-critical situations. Wherever appropriate, we incorporate our unique blend of purposeful fun. And we offer one-time and long-term programs customized to meet your unique needs.

Programs that build traction
You probably have a specific need in mind. Maybe you want help assessing a team or your entire organization, designing a strategic meeting, facilitating a process, integrating new interactivity into a learning program, or ensuring that changes are really implemented via follow-on coaching. We can help you get the results you need—and much more. See the wide range of programs and tools available to you. And if you don’t find what you’re looking for, we can create it!

Corporate Culture Building Programs

These purposefully fun, proven programs are designed for groups (large and small) that divide into teams. Typically between 1 ½ and 4 hours long, these programs are designed so that participants have an opportunity to enhance working relationships and to build collaboration across job functions, locations, or organizations.

All Fore! One and One Fore! All™
Envision, design, and build your own dream miniature golf course—then play on it—with plenty of twists and turns along the way. This innovative team-building program encourages interaction, collaboration, and teamwork among your people as they take part in a creative, fun, problem-solving challenge.

Trade Up™
It may seem a little preposterous at first.  Exactly how can you elevate the value of a rubber ducky in the eyes of a stranger on the street so that they are motivated to give you ____ (fill in the blank…the possibilities have proven endless)?!  Your team will devise a strategy and then execute it by continuing to “trade up” to reach your goal.  It’s not just the end result that matters in Trade Up. Your journey is equally important.  Based on the One Red Paper Clip story (over the course of one year and 14 trades, a man turns one red paperclip into a house n Saskatchewan, Canada), this exercise is designed to challenge teams to take it to the next level.  Afterwards you’ll discuss which teams were most successful.  Was it the team that clearly articulated and executed its strategy? The team that converted the rubber ducky into the object of the greatest monetary value?  Or, perhaps, the team whose final trade yielded the greatest positive social impact?  You’ll decide.

Trade Up is the property of Momenteam and is offered with permission.

Learning Simulations

We design our multi-layered behavioral simulations to generate a-ha’s from participants as they do something that seems unrelated to their real team and work situations. Then when they catch themselves being themselves, they realize how the simulations apply to their world—and how they can apply what they learn back at the office.

Customized Community Service Projects
We work with you to create a fun and memorable community-based teambuilding or leadership development project that matches your needs. We work in partnership with a community-based volunteer service program (e.g., YouthBuild), a local green-up organization (community gardens and/or tree-planting foundation), a parks department (playground construction), or a local volunteer coordination center (e.g., BostonCares or Hands On Orlando). Then we help design and deliver a powerful team-building experience over and above your powerful community-based project—combining community and your organization like never before.

What Goes Around Comes Around™
Reconnect with your inner child – and teammates – while fulfilling the dreams of less fortunate children who greatly benefit from the bikes you will build and present to them.  Leapfrog adds our own special sauce to what’s become a popular team building activity by creatively challenging participants to “gear up” as leaders.  Make a difference in the community and demonstrate for others that what goes around comes around!

Compounding Good™
Take yourself back to August 2005 when Hurricane Katrina hit the US Gulf Coast – one of the deadliest hurricanes in the history of the US. Remember how horrified you were then to learn about the devastation it caused? Ever wonder what you could have done then (or can even still do now) to help Katrina victims, if only you had some time? In this Leapfrog-original program, you’ll be given focused time and limited resources to find out exactly how you can make a difference in the lives of others. Leverage the collective talents and creativity of your teammates and challenge yourselves to maximize the impact you can make for a particular worthy cause or group in need. Along the way, you’ll surely experience leadership in action.

Riding Change™
Successfully implementing new systems, business processes and organizational structures is tricky business.  Even when everyone is seemingly onboard with the new direction, riding change’s emotional ups, downs, loops and dives leads to frustration for some which can negatively impact productivity.  This two-hour core module uses three short experiential exercises supported by facilitated discussion to help teams anticipate varying reactions to change and effectively communicate in the midst of it.

Mark-It Place™
Your competition has just entered a market that you’re slated to enter next quarter. Do you react to counteract their actions now or stay on plan to execute your carefully designed strategy? Mark-it Place is a team-based business strategy simulation based loosely on the board game Othello™. Like Othello, the primary objective in Mark-it Place is to establish market share and defend it as well as capture your competition’s territory and convert it to yours. The team with the greatest share of market and customers wins. Use strategic planning and tactical thinking. Build decision-making. Encourage leadership. And much more—all in a few short hours.

to top

Pawn’s Perspective™
You are one of three teams charged with the same challenge—to use your resources (cards with a variety of shapes) to build one of many pre- determined designs—and to earn team points. Only careful planning and strategic thinking will ensure your team’s success. And if all three teams collaborate and communicate effectively, the overall organization can maximize success. Enable the shift from competitive to collaborative teamwork. Think of the big picture. Develop communication and negotiation skills. And encourage a wide range of skills—from time management to leadership. All in an extremely innovative, fun program

to top

To Market, to Market™
This active, hands-on, fun simulation provides a significant challenge and the opportunity for significant accomplishment—plus huge amounts of laughter for even the most successful groups. Learning Micro-Simulations

These shorter learning simulations of an hour or less are designed to deliver focused, active learning opportunities within the context of a meeting or learning agenda.

A-Maze-ing Strategies™
Sometimes it seems virtually impossible to get from Point A to Point B. In this micro-simulation, it may not be easy, but it will be lots of fun. Using a 9X6 grid, team members will search out the safe path and then move their entire team through the maze as quickly as possible. Sound easy? Communication restrictions and the shifting conditions challenge your team to strategize, collaborate and support one another in ways that will be critical to your team’s success. This great experiential exercise builds awareness of four stages of team development. It builds trust among your team, as well as new communication and negotiation skills. Plus it’s interactive and fun.
