We also constantly rely on contract employees for the purposes of Lead Facilitation and Support Staff. Below, please find brief descriptions of the different contracting opportunities:
- Highly energized facilitators lead participants through our Leapfrog programs. As well as having experience facilitating corporate groups, all facilitators must have strong client relation skills, a knack for on-the-spot creative problem-solving, and an ability to respond to group dynamics effectively. Depending upon the specific program, certain skills are required of our Facilitators. For example, you may be required to:

Facilitate an experience by being the strong leader and vibrant 'personality' at the front of the room. This role is often compared to that of an MC. |

Build behavioral awareness by leading participants through activities followed by facilitated discussions which bring about relevant learnings applicable to the workplace. |

Create behavioral changes with deep skills development through the use of models, theories, instruments and activities so that participants walk away with specific new tricks, tips and tools that are immediately applicable in the workplace. |
- Assists the lead facilitator in implementing Leapfrog team building programs. Must have strong interpersonal skills, be energetic and love to have fun!
